The T4100 Level IV Armor Plate is engineered to deliver dependable rifle-rated ballistic protection while maintaining an exceptional balance of performance, durability, and value. Proudly Made in the USA, the T4100 features a segmented hexagonal alumina ceramic strike face bonded to a UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) composite backer, creating a lightweight stand-alone armor solution designed for demanding environments.
Unlike traditional monolithic ceramic plates, the T4100 utilizes an advanced hexagonal segmented ceramic array. Each precision-engineered alumina ceramic segment is individually bonded to the UHMWPE backer, helping to localize impact damage and minimize crack propagation. This construction enhances multi-hit performance while maintaining the structural integrity of the plate after ballistic impacts.
The T4100 is a stand-alone Level IV plate, providing rifle-rated protection without the need for additional soft armor. Its ergonomic multi-curve profile conforms naturally to the body, delivering superior comfort and mobility during extended wear.
Weighing only 6.5 lbs, the T4100 offers an excellent combination of lightweight construction and dependable protection, making it an ideal choice for law enforcement, military personnel, security professionals, and responsible civilians seeking premium American-made body armor.
